All notarial fees are disclosed in advance and must be agreed to before the notarization is performed. Fees are permitted by Kansas law, but not required, and are collected at the time of service, and recorded in the notary's journal.

After-Hours Convenience Fee: $25.00

Applies to all appointments scheduled same-day. Subject to availability.
Late Arrival Fee: $10.00 per 10 minutes
A 10-minute grace period is provided.
