I provide mobile notarization throughout Olathe and Johnson County, offering:

• Core Notarial Acts: acknowledgements, oaths/affirmations, jurats, certified copies (when allowed by Kansas law), and witnessing/attesting signatures.

• Common Documents: affidavits, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, parental consent forms, school and DMV/title forms, financial, insurance, and employment paperwork, and other documents requiring notarization.

• Mobile Appointments: Available at homes, libraries, workplaces, hospitals, medical facilities, senior living communities, and correctional facilities.

• Convenient Scheduling: Weekday, evening, weekend, and same-day/rush appointments when available.

• Add-Ons: Simple printing, copies, and secure scan-backs/PDF delivery available.

Pricing

All notarial fees are disclosed in advance and must be agreed to before the notarization is performed. Fees are permitted by Kansas law, but not required, and are collected at the time of service, and recorded in the notary's journal.

• Notarization Fee: $5.00 per notarization (as permitted by Kansas law)

• Mobile Travel Fees:

  • Olathe Downtown Public Library: $20.00

  • Olathe Address: $30.00

  • Johnson County Address: $35.00

• After-Hours Convenience Fee: $25.00

  • Applies to off-hours, between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Subject to availability. Must call/text for scheduling.

• Rush Fee: $10.00

  • Applies to all appointments scheduled same-day. Subject to availability.

• Late Arrival Fee: $10.00 per 10 minutes

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided.

• Add-Ons:

  • Document Printing: $1.00/page

  • Document Copies: $1.00/page

  • Secure Scan-Backs/PDF Delivery: $1.00/document

I offer 24/7 notarial services upon request, however appointments are available on weekdays and weekends from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, with same-day/rush appointments subject to availability and fees.

Service Area

I provide mobile notary services throughout Olathe and the greater Johnson County area. Mobile fees vary by location, with a lower rate for appointments within Olathe. For the most affordable option, clients are welcome to schedule appointments with me at the Olathe Downtown Public Library, which offers a convenient, central meeting location. 

Locations outside Johnson County may be arranged - availability is assessed case-by-case and may include an additional travel fee.
